THE NEXT BIG STEP FOR YOUR BUSINESS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
As a store owner, have you ever thought of
- Stepping up your game by moving your business up to a level that takes it beyond your locality and to the world at large?
- Making your reach to potential customers endless and stress-free?
You can achieve these dreams if you agree and I’m here to show you how.
Something you most certainly must have heard of is the word e-commerce. E-commerce in simple words is the activity of electronically buying or selling of products online or over the Internet.
It’s not strange to you that the internet is a global market and there are thousands of e-commerce stores everywhere but have you ever wondered why people keep creating them day-after-day?
Well, let me tell you my own story so you get to see why having an online store is the best step for your business.
Like you, I also have a business where I sell clothing products. I use WhatsApp as my sales medium and I have to post status updates daily for my customers to know that I have a certain product in stock.
If you would ask me, it sucks doing it that way for a lot of reasons. You have to keep uploading the same products over and over (huge waste of data), you might miss a few products and your customers will assume you don’t have it (loss of sales), and the worst of all, once you’re asleep or your phone turns off, you can’t be there to receive orders any more. Myself being someone that loves to sleep early, I realized that my customers were making purchases from other stores and I keep losing sales daily. I had to fix this and this was when I decided to try out e-commerce and go public to the whole world and to create my own online store.
When you think of creating an online store, what comes to mind are platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Jumia, and all others. However, the problem with these platforms is that they are very expensive to manage. Shopify costs about $30 per month and WordPress with WooCommerce would be about $15 – $20 per month. But that’s not all.
Have you ever gone through a store and see some products you love, but at the point of making payment, you remember:
- You don’t know the store owner
- You have once been scammed through online stores
- You are not sure how to contact the seller in case you get the wrong product
Now you see, these are some of those things that goes on in the mind of customers when they visit a store. And most of the time, they end up not completing their purchase, not because they don’t like the product but because they don’t know the owner.
I noticed this and I had to find a solution. It was in my journey to a better model that I discovered this solution that I’m going to reveal to you.
